| Hi there, We now have a master bedroom, an ensuite room, and another bedroom avail near Columbia/Hazel on the second floor from June to end of Aug . It's a few mins walk from bus stop 9 and it takes about 15 mins to get to UoW/Laurier The common space such as the dining room, kitchen, and the laundry area will be shared with a few others including the owner. Utilities and internet are included. Rooms are furnished. There will be no street parking avail We prefer quiet and clean students or full time working professional who'd be interested in renting from us long term. We will prioritize those who doesn't require a parking spot and don't cook often.
