The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, and is within a 12-minute walk/5-minute bus ride of University of Waterloo and a short bus ride to both Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College. Bus stops, a supermarket and plenty of dining options are all available a short walk from the building. The room is fully furnished and includes a twin bed with 4 pullout drawers and a mattress, a study/computer desk, an office chair, a side/night table, a 4-drawer dresser, and a large in-built closet. There are 3 other female occupants in the apartment which contains a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Common areas include a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and a microwave, a dining room with a table and chairs and a large fully-furnished living room. A large bright laundry room is located only a few feet from the apartment. Rent is payable on the first day of each month in advance and includes all utilities and high-speed wi-fi. Laundry (pay-per-use) will be your only additional expense. Note that this sublet is only available to female students as this is an all-female student residence. |
