| Summary: - Huge 14'x18' furnished basement room - 4 or 8 month sublet, starting Jan 2025 - $750 for rent and $60 for utilities per month - Location: Sunnydale, Waterloo - 4 bedroom townhouse - Semi-private washroom - 10 min bike ride to UW - 2 min walk to #9 bus stop - 8 min walk to ion station My roommates and I are male engineering students at UW, and we are typically pretty tidy. We are leasing this home together and all of the furniture belongs to us. While I am leaving for an internship in January, my roommates will continue to live here in the upstairs bedrooms. These furnishings are available: - Shelves - Twin bed frame (no mattress or bedding) - Both desks - Garbage bin - Coat hooks If there's anything that you don't want/need I can remove it to be stored elsewhere. The private washroom in the basement is also the laundry room so the other tenants will need access occasionally. Only the upstairs washroom has a shower/bath so this will be shared with the other tenants. The two white doors in the room lead to the furnace room and a storage room.
