There will also be a desk with drawers, nightstand. a comfortable office chair and a large closet in the room. Laundry is included in the house. Parking for one car is available. There is central air conditioning in the house!! Approximately 15 minute transit ride to the University of Waterloo, Wilfred Laurier University and Conestoga College. Only MALE students should apply. The successful applicant must be a responsible, clean and quiet individual. Absolutely no smoking, drugs or partying allowed. Other male occupants are a friendly group looking for someone who will fit in and help maintain the premises. Rent is $500 per month. This includes all utilities and internet. |
