Private room is for ONE person only. Apartment comes fully equipped all you need to bring are your clothes and personal items. Monthly fees $975 total: Rent $875 + $100 utilities. Utilities $100 per month, which is 1/3 of shared utilities. Includes Bell fibre internet and TV, water, electricity and propane heat included. The duplex apartment is shared with two other clean and quiet people. The fridge and bathroom are shared with one other person only. I have a 2nd fridge for myself and only use the master en suite bathroom. It is situated on the top floor of a detached house/duplex, consisting of 1,550 sq ft with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Great spot! Centrally located, 10 minutes by car to centre of Wasaga Beach or Collingwood. If transit required bus stop is a short walk away at the end of our street.
