| May 1st rental in family home: Small, cozy room for rent for 1 international student, female, near Dufferin and bloor subway station. If you are interested, first read the details below and reply with as much information as you are comfortable with and if you feel this room and home is the right fit for you. I will reply to those that seem like a good fit for our family home. We are in bloordale village, 6 minutes walk from Dufferin subway station. Walking distance to Dufferin mall, galleria, bloor st. We have have rented rooms out to International students for over 12 years. This is not a typical rental, it's a family home. It is safe, furnished, and friendly. We all contribute to keeping all areas of the home clean. SMALL Single room available is at the back end of the house across from bathroom and right by back door (see pictures). The washroom is shared with other female tenant whom also has room on main floor but by front door. Bathroom has a shower. You keep your personal items with you, not left in shared spaces. There will be designated space in kitchen cupboards for some of your cooking related things. Mini fridge is in room. Other than the kitchen, there is unfortunately no other common living area. Please take these details into consideration. There have been two short term tenants prior to the Ikea furniture being purchased for this room; bed, storage under bed, half hanging closet unit and drawers with build in shelves near ceiling. Wifi and laundry (located in basement) is included. Other details: No guests allowed ro any excessive noise. Again, please reply with as much information as possible. Minimum 6 months stay. First and last month rent due upon moving in plus $100 security/cleaning deposit required. |
