| I’m moving out at the end of November bc I have a small problem with my student visa. I’m so sad that I need to say goodbye with this room since I’ve been living here more than a year. Looking for a new tenant! (Female only) Move-in: Nov 30, Move-out: Aug 31 (with option to extend) Location: Next to Dundas Square & Eaton Centre 1 min to Dundas or Queen station Master room w/ ensuite (bathtub) Queen size bed Closet (if you want drawers, I would leave them for you) Utilities & hydro included Concierge & game room available Walking distance to GoodLife, Planet Fitness, Fit4Less, and Sweat and Tonic First+last two months= 3months rent is required to be paid Recommended for language school students, UofT, George Brown, TMU, OCAD, and workers as well! Will be living with two roomies, but this room has an ensuite bathroom. The landlady is SO NICE (If you need her, she’ll be coming as soon as possible to fix it) I moved the bed as you can see, I love this arrangement since I spend most of time studying at the desk, but if you don’t think that you wouldn’t prefer, I will change it again before I move out!
