| Hi! Myself and my 2 friends have 1 upper room in our 4-bedroom townhouse on Victoria Road S, about a 5 minute drive from the University. We are 3 girls going into our third year at Guelph. Move-in can be anytime between July 1st and September 1st. The lease will be a 12-month agreement. The rent is $800 a month + Utilities/Wifi split between the four of us. The main floor is entirely furnished, only the bedroom is unfurnished! The closest bus route, the 5, is a one minute walk away from the house!
