Large bedroom for rent, looking for mature working or studying tenant Hello I am a 25 year old male who runs a full time construction business and I am looking for a laid back, clean and stable roommate This is a very large home and there will only be 3 tenants living in it, I don't have more pictures ATM but it's very nice and modern, you will get lots of space and all utilities are included in the rent. Please send me a brief description of what you do, some of your hobbies/interests and how many people you plan to bring over. Please have first and last month rent available, ID, proof of income and references if your credit score is not good its fine I would just need 3 months rent.
