| Hey - individual pricing for rentals is out of hand. It looks like finding one or two people to go in on a place together saves a good chunk of money, so let's do that. I'm in my mid-30's, headed into a thesis in environmental studies. I've worked in local food and ecosystem restoration for quite a while. I'm introverted, focused on doing this thesis well, and very interested in good community practices. I'm planning to move sooner rather than later, but I can wait up to August 1.
