| I’m subletting a room in a student house from January to July. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and closet. There are currently six other students living in the house, two of which are exchange students and four are Canadian students. All of them are super welcoming and we get along great! We share two bathrooms between us. Rent is 835 CAD per month, including all utilities and internet. The house is located near St. Lawrence College and West Campus. The location is perfect for Queen’s students who would like to live in a quiet neighbourhood but still be close to the university! It is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride to main campus, with the bus stop directly in front of the house. If you’re interested or have any more questions, let me know. I would love to arrange a meeting and house tour, either online via Zoom or in person! In case you’d like to move in long-term, extensions of the lease can definitely be discussed with the landlord |
