Near Sherborne Station downtown, Remember the room is well furnished, including, the whole area with floor carpets, The price for the master bedroom is (($ 975 dollars for month, that is for one person, if you are two people, then, the rent for two people it will be (($ 1200 dollars per month)) It's a big room, spacious, very bright room , with a big closet, and lots of linen drawers for your cloths. its 150 meters away from Sherbourne Subway station, and we have nearby three food supermarkets, , NO FRILLS, FRESCO, and BASIC'S , and they are only 200 meters away from the place, easy to walk and go for shopping, about, in about 5 minutes, and it's a very quiet building, and as they say, is a Family oriented building, with surveillance cameras on each floor for extra security, i mostly looking for young professionals, including Graduate students, but also foreign and domestic students to rent. you have to have good records from the previous owners, if you not good in your monthly payments, then do not answer to my ad. and is very near, to Toronto, University, but also to Ryerson University, and other local community colleges, including technical schools. and for those who are first time English learning Students, also are welcome. Gay students LGBT, from the gay community, also are welcome i don't mind at all, they are also welcome. i am the one who pays, for, Internet, electricity and water, you will only pay for your room rent. Note; i do not provide T V CABLE, that in case you need TV CABLE, it will be by your own expenses.
