| Two females looking for a third female tenant to join our quiet home located very near Queen West and Roncesvalles. Sublet term: Available immediately, or April 1st, and through September 30th, 2024. There may be a possible 2 month extension offered after September. The room is in the basement of a two-storey apartment, with direct access to the backyard. Room furnishings include bed, desk, dresser with space for more items. Shared access two bathrooms, kitchen. A territorial cat lives here, so added pets generally not allowed, but considered. Access to King streetcar, Queen streetcar, short ride to Dundas West subway station, Dundas West and College streetcars. Walk to Dundas West Station 10-15 minutes. Great location, close to shops, High park and Parkdale library branches, cafes and Sunnyside Pool. Quiet, tree-lined street nested In between Roncesvalles Village and Little Tibet in Parkdale. Close to High Park and water. Bike path along water is 5 minutes away. Cycle to downtown along waterfront bike path 30 minutes. No need to provide your bank statements or credit reports, but we are looking for someone responsible, reliable, home-conscious, clean, tidy, kind, and quiet. While not a party home, nor a convent, we live life, mostly keep to ourselves with only occassional visitor(s). Rate is $888 monthly, noting hydro and laundry included. We share an internet bill, roughly add $30 monthly each, and are toying with the idea of adding a cleaner, would add $40 monthly each if implemented. There is some storage space available and you are free to make use of shared kitchen crockery. It's a six month sublet with first and last two months required up front. If, within the 6 month sublet you are not comfortable, then we are not comfortable either, just give two months' notice if you end up not wanting to stay through til end of September. And vice versa, we will give two months' notice, if for any reason we need or wish to terminate the agreement before end of September. Preference will be given to someone who is looking to stay for 6 months. Thank you for your interest. We will try to reply promptly to all serious inquiries.
