| This is for 2 students / youth, both of the same gender and 17 to 23 years-old who want a nice place in a downtown high-rise. The price is $750 each (negotiable) and this price includes 3 good meals a day, electricity, AC, and Wi-Fi. This is for May 1 or when you need it, June 1 is fine. It is always very quiet here with 3 non-smokers (2 students of the same gender and me, a senior male). We keep the place clean and tidy. The shared room you sleep in at night has 2 single beds. During the day this area is a fully furnished living room, dining room, study area, and well-equipped kitchen. During up hours I also use this area. I sleep in the master bedroom. The Yonge subway is steps away. Walking is 5 minutes to Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to UofT and the Financial District, and 15 minutes to George Brown College on King St. East.
