We have an in-house washer and dryer. I’m moving out to get my own place and I am looking for a single roommate to fill this vacancy. The room is unfurnished, but I might be able to leave some pieces if needed - happy to talk about it. **AVAILABLE** Jan 1st, 2025 **PRICE** $1102.50 for the room, all utilities (including internet) are included. The total rent between the 3 rooms is $3175. The house has a sizeable kitchen and although the bathroom is shared, I have almost never had to wait to use it. **LOCATION** Very close to the Spadina and Harbord St. intersection. Very close to the UofT. Less than a 5 minute walk from the Spadina subway station as well as a Metro. Close to Koreatown and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Freshco is also considerably close. **RENTAL TERMS** Looking for an off-lease roommate - rent will be paid to our roommate Bill, who is on the lease. There will NOT be a written roommate agreement, but we’re super open to creating one if you see fit. Also open to negotiating a new lease agreement going forward. **RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT** I am a current tenant, not on the lease. **RENT CONTROLED** Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018. **REQUIRED DOCUMENTS** We only require proof of income as a required document. *additional information* Hi, I’m Theo!
