Located very close to High Park and Sorauren Park - Close to Line 2 Dundas West and Keele station; 504 King street car and 501 Queen street car Location: High park / Roncesvalles UNIT: The apartment is a two storey (main and basement). The room available for rent is on the main floor. I stay in the basement room. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The kitchen, living room and dining room are located on the main room. Open concept. Bright. There is a second shared common space in the basement with lots to flexibility on how it can be used. Currently, I use it crafting, exercise, and shelving books, but it easily could be reorganized to fit a work station, storage, TV, etc. Much of the common spaces are furnished including kitchen supplies and appliance, but there is space for additional furniture if you have items you have items to bring. The bedroom for rent will not be furnished. Large backyard and deck. Located in a home with 3 separate apartments (2 units located above on second and third storey). The neighbours are quiet and respectful. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT - The leaseholder LEASE TERMS - One year lease began January 2024 RENT CONTROL STATUS - Unit was occupied prior to 2018 ACCESSIBILITY - there are 5 stairs to enter unit Required Documents: As per the landlord, I'll need landlord reference, a letter of employment, last two pay stubs, a credit check. The first and last month's rent deposit (payment plan can be used for the deposit). About me: I am a 30 year old female. I have been living in the unit since January and hope to stay long term. I work as a midwife, but I am currently on an extended leave. I would say I’m quiet and respectful. I want roommates to share equally in cleaning and maintaining the space. I enjoy entertaining, gardening, cooking and crafts. I have a vegetable garden in the summer. I have a 2 year old rat terrier, Lou, who is quiet and kind. He can take some time to warm up to new people, but once he does he will be your best pal. He is crate and potty trained. He does well with other dogs, however no additional dogs preferred.
