| Considering giving up your lease this June, or renting out a place? I'm eagerly searching for a new place to call home with my little dog starting in June 2024. If you're planning to move out around then, I'd love to discuss taking over your lease! Here’s my wish list: Around $2,500, preferably less Bedrooms: At least 2 bedrooms, or a large 1-bedroom with a separate den (or solarium) Outdoor Balcony: A spot for me and my furry friend to enjoy the sunshine. Sunlight: South or west-facing homes are preferred for natural light. Location: Looking within Downtown Toronto - Church-Wellesley Village, Cabbagetown, Regent Park, Leslieville, or Riverdale. Home Type: Houses or townhouses would be ideal, but open to roomy apartments and condos. I don’t mind an older space, but would prefer to have a dishwasher. Lease Duration: Seeking a minimum of one year. A bit about me: I'm a responsible tenant, currently owning my own place and going back to renting. Tidy, peaceful, work from home a lot, and my dog is well-behaved and friendly. We're excited to find our next home, and already live in the Village.
