| Looking for 2 new roommates to move in for the Beginning of May. The space is also a great option for folks who want a bedroom and an office as there are two rooms on a separate floor where that can be set up easily. Please send an email with a little bit about yourself if you're interested! And please include if you want two rooms as an office set up. The apartment is two levels in a building in Little Italy. It’s in a great area right at College and Ossington so there are lots of businesses, restaurants, and amenities all around it. There is College Square which has a Metro for groceries, a shopper’s drug mart, and a Post Office just a 5-minute walk away. The College/Shaw branch of the library is also right there on the corner. There are more coffee shops and some grocery options 2 big blocks down on Ossington. In terms of what we’re looking for, being clean and respectful is important. The current roommates are professionals in their 30s and are looking for other roommates in a similar stage of life. The vibe of the house is more friends for dinner, or drinks on the rooftop patio occasionally, rather than larger parties. We try to be quiet in the evenings overall to be respectful of one another’s space and sleep schedules. Overall looking for folks who are responsible and considerate towards others. Rooms available: Large upstairs (3rd floor) and large downstairs (2nd floor) rooms, both with south-facing windows and loads of sunlight in the daytime. The rent for the 3nd floor room is $850, and the 2nd floor room is $950. The room has a closet and a little alcove at the top of the stairs for shared storage. There is not a lot of other storage in the house (no other hallway linen closets etc.) so something to keep in mind. Utilities once split are roughly around $75 in the warmer months and $130 in the colder months. Notes: - There is no outdoor space aside from the shared rooftop patio though there are a lot of really nice parks nearby within a 5-minute walk. - No pets as it states in our lease we can’t have them, unfortunately - The landlord requires the first and last month’s rent. - No laundry on site but multiple laundromats nearby. - No specific parking onsite aside from side street parking. - Comes unfurnished.
