Are you a female student looking for a peaceful, spacious environment in a family-friendly neighbourhood near the subway line? We have the perfect space for you in our home! Here are the details: Location: Our home is in Toronto’s east end near Danforth and Greenwood, conveniently located near the subway line and a ton of great shops and restaurants, in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for easy commuting to Toronto universities and colleges or to downtown. ️ Living Space: You'll have your own private entrance to the lower level, where you’ll have exclusive use of a private kitchen, a private bathroom, and a bedroom/living quarters in a house shared with a small family living on the main and upper floors. Your personal space is cozy and furnished with a kitchen table, chairs, and a small couch (unless you prefer unfurnished!). There is no bed now, though we can put in a single bed if you need one. Although you will have your own private space, we will establish a mutually acceptable schedule for access to the lower-level storage areas and the laundry room. Pets: We have a senior cat and a golden doodle who are well-behaved, quiet, and part of our family. They will remain on our floors and are not allowed in your personal space. Unfortunately we can't accommodate any more pets in the house. Outdoors: We have a lovely, shared backyard and patio, which you are welcome to use (although we use it regularly, and the dog is almost always outside). Roommates: You'll live below a small, respectful family of myself and two kids, ages 7 and 12. We're looking for someone responsible, quiet, tidy, and considerate. Rent: The rent is $1,500 monthly, including utilities, laundry, and internet unless you go over the allotted GB usage. A parking space is also available if needed. Required Documents: Please provide proof of employment or student enrollment, a letter of reference, and reference contacts.
