Walk into your charming home and begin to relax and unwind. Friendly pup Freedom will undoubtedly happy greet you with tail wagging like he is seeing a long lost friend. Sanctuary is the best way to describe the warm and calm vibe we are cultivating together. Always know that you can count on home being quiet, peaceful, harmonious and happy, for rest, rejuvenation, study or deep work. Or for cooking a great meal in the shared kitchen. If you appreciate quiet for meditation or reading. Or sitting under a tree looking soaking in the warm beach vibe. Or sipping your coffee in the AM soaking in the sun on the front porch watching the doggies walk by. Find connection and make friends in the shared exposed brick cozy living room ideal for quiet conversation, playing cards and chilling out. Or pull up a chair under a tree in the backyard and take in the open sky or stars for relaxation, reading or meditation as the squirrels play. My name is Paul, I am the host and owner. I live here with my pup Freedom. Some guests stay a short while, others for years, At one time we may have up to 3 or 4 others who stay for long, mid or short term. You might meet a student visiting from overseas. Or a young IT professional working from home. Or someone more mature like myself. Some guests you meet will stay a few nights, others a few months. Others love calling this their cherished home for years. Freedom our pup is 3 years old, super-friendly and hypo-allergenic. He was bred as a therapy dog. You might love hanging with Freedom and he will brighten your day and great you when you come home each day. The house is cute and cozy, two floors plus basement. Upper floor is where the hosts room is, as well as another large bedroom plus bathroom. Main Floor has one lovely large bedroom, adjacent to the front porch. Here you will find your cozy shared living room and kitchen. Lower Level has a large master bedroom, shared bathroom plus another small bedroom. All rooms are lovely, bright and designer furnished. Or can be left unfurnished if you prefer. Rooms are warm in winter, cool in summer. Location in the wonderful BEACH near Woodbine and Queen. Whether you are staying a short while or long term we welcome you. :) Fast WIFI included. Laundry included. Hypo-allergenic healthy environment There aren’t perfumes or chemical fragrances here due to others with sensitivities Also smoking, cannabis or vape is not allowed in the home or on property due to sensitivities. You can always count on quiet and peace. Everyone here wears headphones when listening to music. TTC bus stop on woodbine 1 minute walk from your door. SUBWAY woodbine bus 8 minutes to woodbine subway STREETCAR 3 minute walk to queen streetcar BIKE Paths We are right on the dundas bike bath to take you downtown. Also beautiful bike path along the lake. Overnight parking need apply street permit. Parking If you need overnight parking 3 minutes walk to Queen st you can park for free overnight but need to move to side street by 7am. Free street parking in day time.
