| We're looking for a fourth person to share our co-op home. ("Co-op" simply means that we share food and (informally at present) cooking, along with chores and all the space in this big old house.) The rent includes all the modern amenities: utilities, internet, hot and cold running water, washer and dryer (or clothesline, if you prefer), AM and FM radio, lots of bathrooms, a big garden.... One thing we don't have is parking, except on the street. Sharing food is non-negotiable, and will cost about $170/month. We welcome everyone except racists, homophobes, pro-capitalists, cat-haters etc.. |
