The apartment is itself located above a store which ensures a peaceful environment. A must-see! The bathroom and kitchen are a minimalist clean and cozy shared space. We are a small group of young people looking for a clean & responsible roommate to occupy the room available. We share the responsibilities of maintaining chores. The apartment is shared with 3 other clean and respectful roommates. We are looking for someone who appreciates a combination of a social and serene atmosphere and a clean apartment :). There is a 2-year-old cat residining with a third-floor roommate and a teacup poodle who visits regularly, we are open to a small cat and friendly. The Ossington Strip crosses with Toronto's thriving Queen West, is well situated with public transportation less than a 1-minute walk, and is about 10 min from Ossington station. An amazing location with many places to eat and explore there are dozens of upbeat and fine restaurants, cafés, clubs, lounges, galleries, coworking spaces, beauty, vintage, and style-rearing shops, bakeries, grocery stores, small and large pharmacies, convenience stores, hardware stores all within walking distance. Steps away from breweries, wineries, and the Trinity-Bellwoods Park. We are only a short walk to a great nightlife in every direction. The rent is $800/month including utilities. Available starting May 1st short/long term rental, with an option to extend. First and last rent required.
