| I am a computer engineer graduated from the University of Waterloo and I'm looking to rent out a private room in my 3BR apartment. I will be travelling a lot and will occasionally be using the third room as an office space. This is a gorgeous and very spacious apartment with a balcony, huge living area and with large private rooms located in the downtown core.
