| Private Room for August 1st, 2024 (with early move-in available. Room for rent: Move-in as early as July 1st! August 1st - December 31st, 2024, with the possibility to extend. We are looking for a roommate to move into our beautiful apartment in Cabbagetown/Riverdale. This spacious unit is on the second floor of a three-story building and has two living spaces, a double vanity bathroom, and a nice bright kitchen. The east-facing living room has a functioning fireplace, a huge TV (with Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video), and a large balcony. The west-facing dining room connects to the south-facing kitchen, which has a dishwasher and all other common appliances. (As you can see in the photos, we have set up our desk in the dining room—we work from home, so we are often in the common space.) The south-facing bedroom is 12ft x 9 ft with extra space for the door and a 2ft x 3.5ft closet. The unit is fully furnished, excluding the room for rent (a double/queen and a small desk fit with lots of room).
