| Hello, I am looking for a roommate to live with me in a newly built condo located at 543 Richmond in the vibrant Fashion/Financial District and 15-20mins from UofT. This area boasts many excellent restaurants and stores, making it a convenient, walkable, and exciting place to live. About the room: Room size: Approximately 9x9 feet and has a sliding glass door. The condo has two bathrooms, so you will have a large and private bathroom included with your room. Shared Spaces: Living room (in the process of being furnished with a table, couch, and TV). Kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave). The condo also includes a in suite laundry, and both wireless and wired fibre optic internet connections. About me: I’m a working professional in the healthcare field as a scientist. I work about 50-60 hours a week so I’m quite busy and am quiet. I don’t smoke or have any pets and only have friends over 1-2x a month.
