The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large window for natural sunlight, drawers, and a large closet for extra storage. The apartment is located on Dundas Street West, near trendy Ossington Street and within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, 10 minutes from Up Express, and 30 minutes from Pearson Airport. This is a short-term let for 3-6months, available immediately (if the ad is still up, it is available). I am open to more long-term for the right person. My place is perfect for anyone who is new to Toronto and needs a place to stay while they get settled with something more permanent :) You will be sharing with me, a female business professional. I primarily work from home or at client offices and travel to conferences regularly. I love animals, pets are welcome, especially dogs!! I am also happy to help take care of them by taking them out for walks if you get delayed at work :) The rent is $1400 per month, including bills- hydro, gas and internet.
