| Parkside student residence two bedrooms available fully furnished! Only a 25 minute walk away from UofT campus, 25 minute walk from OCAD, and 5-10 minute walk to TMU and George Brown, Parkside comes with community work spaces, a community gym, various community kitchens, and laundry units in the building. Parkside has 24 hour on site security along with cards needed to access the building and dining hall. Each room has their own personal key fob to open the designated unit. The room comes furnished with a couch (which can be split into three sections) and a coffee table along with 2 wardrobes near the front door. The bedrooms each come with a bed, desk, chair, and two storage drawers underneath the bed for clothing and other items. My roommate and I have also agreed to leave both of our lamps, our fridge, shelf, and tv. The rent price includes all utilities (except laundry) and access to the community areas including the gym. Parkside includes a MANDATORY MEAL PLAN. You cannot live here without also buying the meal plan. I am willing to discount this meal plan for ENTIERELY FREE. This usually costs $3,720 but I will give it FOR FREE. May 1st - August 20th. Please message me if you have any questions. |
