This unique space is a huge four floor split level with two full baths and four bedrooms on three different floors above a store on Queen St West. I will leave a room vacant before I put in someone that does not have a professional 9-5 lifestyle. All common areas kitchen, laundry and deck are on a separate level from all bedrooms. The unlimited hi-speed wifi (1gig/sec) reaches the deck and all rooms easily with help from a signal amplifier. There is no cable t.v. and no television in the living room which means the living room is rarely used but feel free to. There are three professionals living here, a male Masters student 31 (non smoker/drinker), a male software development student 23 (non smoker/drinker) and myself a male film technician 52. The place is definitely large enough to accommodate the lives of four people, it has never been a problem. This furnished bedroom sits alone on the top floor was recently renovated with new floors, walls, doors and baseboards. It has a queen bed with new mattress and cover. There is a very large closet. The bathroom has also been recently renovated. The bedroom is 10’x 12' $1300 The only utility expense is Internet $35 and hydro as it keeps everyone mindful. Parking is included.
