Right next to Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. Harbour front 10-15 mins walk. St. Andrew TTC station 5-8 mins walk. Union station 10-20 mins walk. Condo is located in the entertainment district of downtown. The room comes with direct access to a balcony and a walk-in wardrobe. Heating & Cooling centralized, dishwasher, oven, microwave and laundry in suite. Utilities will be separately charged. Amenities available - Gym, Pool, Yoga Room, BBQ, Party Room. We’re looking for a clean, respectful person to share the space with us. Would be great if it would be single occupancy but if shared between two also is okay.
