| Hello everyone! I offer 1 room with private bathroom. The room will be available on December 7 (FLEXIBLE DATE) in a fully furnished and equipped apartment. It's a 1 bedroom + 1 den apartment with 2 bathrooms. The building is equipped with a gym, terrace with 2 bbqs and 1 party room. I'm 35 years old, I'm french and I work as a project manager and I give employment advice. I have a dog, a 6 year old male spitz who is very sociable with people. So I'm looking for someone who loves dogs and is comfortable with him being curious or barking sometimes. Located between the Woodbine and Main Street Line 2 subway stations, Go Train Danforth is a 5 minute walk (10 minute ride to Union) and a 20 minute walk to the Woodbine beaches. Current rent is $2500 excluding utilities for the entire condo, I'm offering the bedroom for $1350. Everything is furnished, bed, mattress, etc. No need to bring or buy your own furniture.
