| Hi there! I am Kevin 30 years old male, originally from Taiwan. I do security in events and concerts or other activities. I am looking for a male or female roommate (preferably female due to space, but all welcome), because my current roommate is going back to home country. The location is walking distance from the condo to college station, Dundas station and Eaton Centre. The building has outdoor swimming pool(Summer only), sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and bbq lounge. You will be living in a furnished den with a proper door, and you will have your own washroom but no bath. Bathroom have to share, and Wi-Fi is included. Unfortunately utilities are not included, you will have to pay around 35 - 45 dollars per person depending how much we use. I am seeking a professional or student roommate, and you have to be chill with no drama. And I am a chill person so I hope you are too, also you have to keep the space clean. This is a space where you can be comfortable and relax after school or work.
