| - Looking for someone to take over my roommates lease on August 15. Preferably a student - This is a 1+1 unit and you will be getting the master's bedroom with your own closet. The bathroom is shared - There is a common living area and kitchen with cupboards and a bridge. We have an ensuite washer and dryer. The unit is 700 sq ft. - Very close to streetcars and subways station, and 10 mins walk away from UofT and 20 mins away from TMU.
