| Hey there :) I'm moving to the area October 12th to a two bedroom basement apartment. I had a roommate lined up but she won't be coming anymore due to schooling issues. It's a two bed one bath basement apartment located on Maple Ave. The landlord does allow small pets and I don't mind either! There is parking as well. I won't be arriving until October 12th due to being in another province. I paid for first months rent already to hold the unit for me. I seen the unit two weeks ago and it seems perfect. Would preferably want a student roomie or a young working professional. If you're interested please reach out with a little about yourself and I'll do the same:) And if you have any questions feel free to ask! I also have some pics too that ill attach to the ad shortly.
