Everything is nearby, TTC, paid parking, 24hr 7-11, Metro, x2 Shoppers, Beer Store, LCBO, hospitals, schools, Universities and Colleges, walk-in clinics etc. * Large bay window facing West (bright morning sun) with sliding openable smaller side windows for ventilation. * Large semi private balcony (3.5 ft x 18 ft) for storage and lounging. Balcony door's window opens or the door can be left ajar for ventilation. * Utilities included including Wifi/ethernet. * Shared clean Kitchen with a good fridge-freezer, oven, mini oven, cutlery and dishware. * Shared clean washroom shower/bath. Water pressure is good. * Excellent new coinomatic washers large and dryers in the basement. Laundry card operated which you will have to buy in the laundry room. $3.50 per wash. $3.50 per dry.
