During July and August, we're welcoming female international students for a homestay at a very safe luxury condo at Yonge/Bloor, with 24-hr security. - $1,250 to $1,750 depending on a private or shared room. Yorkville is known as one of the best neighbourhoods in all of Toronto! 100 walk score! Only a 2-minute walk from the Yonge/Bloor subway, with underground access. - Very close to ILAC and other ESL schools ,and universities like U of T and TMU/Ryerson (both are only a 15-minute walk, and 10 minutes by subway). With floor-to-ceiling glass doors and private balcony, this den can be converted into a small but bright sleep area with drawer and small computer tray, and storage under the bed.
