| ONE BEDROOM SUBLET AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM SUMMER LEASE (MALE/AMAB ONLY) OPEN TO STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES Parkside student residence one bedroom available fully furnished! Only a 25 minute walk away from UofT campus, 25 minute walk from OCAD, and 5-10 minute walk to TMU and George Brown, Parkside comes with community work spaces, a community gym, various community kitchens, and laundry units in the building. Parkside has 24 hour on site security along with cards needed to access the building and dining hall. Each room has their own personal key fob to open the designated unit. The room comes furnished with a couch (which can be split into three sections) and a coffee table along with 2 wardrobes near the front door. The bedrooms each come with a bed, desk, chair, and two storage drawers underneath the bed for clothing and other items. My roommate and I have also agreed to leave both of our lamps, our fridge, shelf, tv, and extra storage units in both bedrooms. The rent price Is 1,390 and includes all utilities (except laundry) and access to the community areas including the gym. Parkside includes a MANDATORY MEAL PLAN, the buffet is all you can eat. You cannot live here without also buying the meal plan. The meal plan is priced at $3,720 for the semester however I am willing to DISCOUNT this to $2,800, and you can pay in monthly installments of $620. THIS PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE. May 1st - August 20th.
