| I am looking for a clean female roommate to share this 2 bedroom apartment in the beaches. I am also a young female hoping to find someone chill and on a similar vibe to share the apartment with :). The renting will start May 1st, but you can move in as early as April 28th. $1300 is wifi and rent included, hydro varies each month and is paid once bill is received. First and last month's rent is required, along with proof of income. Must be a dog lover as I have a large one who lives in the unit and always roams free. She is very lovable and you would soon learn that living alongside her. Details/Highlights of Unit/Building : TTC: Direct access to 501 Queen streetcar, and 5 minute bus ride to Line 2 subway (stop is right outside the building) Laundry in building Heating, no AC No smoking in building No parking 1 shared bathroom Multiple restaurants/bars, shops, grocery stores, and banks all walking distance from the building! Woodbine Beach 5 minute walk The room is NOT furnished and will be empty upon moving in, but for space wise it fits up to a queen bed (seen in photo), along with a dresser and desk.
