This is why we are looking for a FEMALE tenant. The kitchen is also shared with the 2 tenants living in the basement. Maintaining cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen is of utmost importance. There's also a spacious front porch, deck and large backyard with free onsite washing machine. Central heating and throughout the house. Good size room with closets, storage space. Parking available (with street parking permit), 24 hour TTC access, 5 min walk to Eglinton West subway station and close the Allen road highway. Close to restaurants, banks, grocery stores, parks.
