| Professional gay male looking for a responsible roommate .I am renting the master bedroom in my 2-bedroom condo located on Blue Jays Way and King area from July 1st 2024. Preferably working full-time, permanent, and day shifts working from home is okay (2 or 3 day). This is a 2-bedroom condo and will share a bathroom. I am a clean, easy-going professional living downtown part of the year. Great location, Walking distance to the financial district (10 mins), and St Andrew Subway no parking however can rent one in the building. No pets, no couples one person only. The room is furnished with a bed, a large closet dresser, and a TV. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, Washer, and Dryer and building amenities: Gym, whirlpool BBQ movie room . Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for at least one year, a nonsmoker, no pet, no couple, no parties, no overnight guests, and no drugs. Rent is 1000 pus 50$ internet all other utilities includes. Require first and last month and a security deposit. I am allergic to strong scents and cologne Total 2,500 $ to move in.
