It’s a female housing facility, so we're looking for a female. A small well-behaved pet is allowed. THE ROOM The room is fully furnished and on the main level of the house. The rest of the apartment is on the lower level of the house, located in one of the most convenient areas of Toronto. AMENITIES… The bus stop is right outside the front door. The subway is a 15 to 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes bus ride. Subways Dufferin or Lansdowne. There is free street parking, day, and night at different times. There are gyms, pharmacies, grocery stores, coffee shops and more across the street at the Galleria Mall or half a block away towards St Clarens. There’s a community center with a pool and many activities, a park, a playground, a toboggan hill and even ice rinks in the winter. Close to Bloor Street and lots of restaurants and shops. Downtown is a 15/20-minute drive or subway ride. The closest libraries are Bloor Gladstone, a 20-minute walk or the Dupont and Symington location, only a 10-minute walk. The kitchen is stocked with all the items needed to prepare meals. The main areas are shared by two other female tenants. INCLUDED… All utilities are included. Internet is included in the house. NOT INCLUDED… Laundry facilities are off-site and a 10-minute walk to either Dufferin Street or Lansdowne Ave. EXPECTATIONS… I am looking for a friendly, clean, down-to-earth female to occupy a beautiful clean room in a quiet, female housing space. No smoking of any kind, cigarettes, marijuana, or anything, not even vaping is allowed IN the house. Some household members are susceptible to cigarette and marijuana smells, fumes, smoke, and residue. Please do not respond to this ad if you are one to smoke indoors, or grow marijuana plants. Smoking is allowed outdoors in the backyard. Illicit drug use of any kind is not allowed in the house or on the property. Please refrain from loud music and use headphones most of the time. Students who live in the house might be studying, and people who work from home might be at work. The atmosphere is very community-like. We respect one another and our shared environment.
