Nearby neighborhoods include Cabbagetown, Church and Wellesley, and Riverdale Park, offering plenty to explore. The apartment is fully furnished, with each room featuring a bed, desk, closet, and chest of drawers. Rent includes internet and hydro. Requirements: reference checks, pay stubs, non-smoker, and first and last month’s rent. I’m open to the possibility of a pet, but this would need to be discussed first.
