| I am looking for a quiet clean non-smoker to take the 2nd bedroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with a person in the den. This is a condo of two bedrooms plus den in downtown Toronto. This condo is conveniently located at the corner of Dundas St. & Parliament St. Eaton Centre is just several stops away, or 15 to 20 minutes on foot, and the Financial District a few blocks more. The building has Sky Park with BBQ's on the third floor, a nice two-story lounge annex (espresso machine, cables, wifi, pool table, foosball, sofas, small round tables, etc.), a gym, Tim Hortons, RBC, and a supermarket (Freshco). There is Aquatic Centre in the community, too. The streetcar and a Bike Share station are just right in front of the building. Among all of these, the best is having a good supermarket downstairs.
