Common areas include dining room, full kitchen, backyard/patio, laundry room, and garage storage for up to one bicycle. All utilities, internet, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are included. Street parking only. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed, desk, office chair, dresser, and space for hanging and storing clothing and personal effects. The basement bedroom walks out into a common area that leads to a three-piece washroom. The house has two sets of washers and dryers, one in the basement washroom, the other on the second floor in the dedicated laundry room. The laundry facilities will be available for all occupants to use.
