| We are looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto. The unit is rent controlled. And has both AC and heating. You would be sharing the space with one guy and one girl. A bit about us. Victoire is from France and working for a French TV channel here and I am working at a commercial studio. We are are looking for a female room mate to share the space with and hoping to find someone that is working a regular hour job. We are situated just off queen west and 2 mins walk to Osgoode station. Rent is all inclusive with internet, utilities and a cleaner that comes to clean the main spaces- (not our bedrooms) once a month. There is laundry on the main floor of the building. And a fit for less gym is situated right next door to us. The move in date would be December 1st. First month holding deposit/security deposit will be required of 1150 and first months rent will be required once moving in. We are looking for someone with proof of employment.
