| We are looking for a roommate to fill our home's large master bedroom. The house is a full 2-storeys, it has 2 bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry in the basement. There is a back sunroom that is perfect for anyone wanting a working or artistic creative area. The backyard is grass and is fully fenced. If you are tired of the tiny condo life, and want space for yourself and to feel like you are in a real home....this is the house for you! You will be sharing with two roommates (a male and a female), both working professionals in their early 30s. Queer friendly. The house is always kept clean and tidy. Looking for someone who will work regular hours, and is committed to being friendly, communicative, clean, and respectful of shared space. The house is near Danforth/Main TTC + GO stations. Walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, and Taylor Creek Park. All utilities + internet are included in the rent + extra $100 in the winter months to offset increased cost of heating.
