North facing unit and the room is 10 feet wide x 12 feet long. Shared washroom, kitchen, living room, and balcony. Available February 2025 for $1400 per month. (Special - 50% discount off the rent on the second month only after move-in). Utilities included. Unlimited internet included. TV Package included (Rogers tv package with Disneyplus) and Prime Video (with shared TV). Washing machines located in the building (not included). Parking or storage extra (separate first and last month deposit required for either). Shared use of fridge, stove and microwave. Shared use of dishes, pots, and pans etc. Shared use of TV. Will share some toiletries (toilet paper, hand-soap, paper towels) and share cleaning supplies (included). Willing to share some food/meals. The building is located next to a park and is next to Kay Gardner Beltline walking and bike trail. 5 minutes’ walk to Davisville Subway Station. Just one subway station south of Yonge and Eglinton. 20 Minutes via subway from Bloor and Yonge. Walking distance to Sobey’s, convenience stores, and restaurants. Work reference needed and proof of ability to pay rent ongoing. Personal references required. First and last month rent deposit needed. AC provided in the summer. Twice per month a cleaning person will clean the apartment (included). This is for one quiet person only. No overnight guests. Limited visitors preferred.
