Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on property (inside/outside) On-street permit parking available through the City About the family who lives upstairs: - We are the owners of the house - Family of 2 adults, 1 young child, 1 small dog and occasionally other dogs staying over - We are not excessively loud, but we have a young child so of course there will be a normal amount of noise from everyday activities. Our days generally start around 7am and wind down around 9pm. The house is usually quiet between 11pm-7am. - Environmentally and socially conscious: we strive to minimize our garbage waste and we are diligent about sorting garbage/recycling/food waste. - Aware of the social inequities that put certain groups of people at a disadvantage so we encourage applicants from all backgrounds. - LGBTQIA+ friendly - Ultimately, we are looking for a tenant with similar values.
