| We are looking for a female person, to sublet a room in a spacious, fully-furnished 3-bedroom apartment in Downtown Toronto (Bay/College area). Just 5 minute walk from University of Toronto campus. The other two rooms in the apartment are occupied by two girls, both working. The room is available starting June 1, 2024. The contract is until November 1, 2024, with the possibility to extend it for another year or two, depending on the need. The room features a closet, drawer, bed frame and a wonderful view from a high floor. It is possible to buy off the mattress for the bed for an extra price. The apartment has a large living room, dining space with a large table, spacious balcony, and kitchen with all the appliances. Building amenities include a gym, study/meeting lounges, theatre, terrace, and pool room. The price is $1550 per month (all utilities included). Documents needed for the lease are proof of employment or proof of enrolment in University, a credit score report, and a letter of reference.
