| Moving out from my current rental to go back west. Apartment is in a nice neighbourhood in Moore Park, and the rent is VERY competitive, with $1100 being the split between you and my current room mate. This cost INCLUDES utilities, but you will need to split internet costs with my current room mate. The house is a little bit older, but is very comfortable. Apartment has decent heat. The apartment has radiator heating. Winter is pretty good. During the summer months, it can get a little hot. There is an AC unit to help control it, and it does pretty well. House is on a corner next to a bus stop, and is about a 10 minute walk from St. Claire station where there is a few grocery stores and other nice amenities. The house is four levels; you would be on the second floor apartment. Landlord lives on main, one guy downstairs, one girl upstairs. Everyone is lovely, and are very considerate, quiet adults. They are also long term tenants who have been here for quite some time (10 years, and I think 3 years+). Laundry is shared in the basement of the house. Washer costs $2, dryer is free. The house does have a parking space included, but my current room mate takes it with his vehicle at the back of the house. Room mate is a sweet, respectful and quite guy. Keeps to himself mostly, but likes to chat. He works as an audio engineer, and he has never had issues with paying bills on time, he is very reliable. You will need to pass his vibe check in order for approval to rent the room, as well as fill out an application form for the landlord as well as a meeting with her. Move in date will either be the first or last week on January. Depending on the circumstances of my move out and your move in, it may be available sooner. Apply if you feel you can meet the credentials. Application forms are available upon request. Photos of the room and shared living space are attached. You also have a kitchen and the one bathroom, which are an okay size. You have a full size fridge, half size oven/range, and a good amount of storage space for kitchen stuff and food. Note; storage is somewhat limited in the suite. In the living area photos are examples of the furniture that currently belong to my room mate.
