| I live in a BEAUTIFUL large one bedroom house in Little Italy. There is also a beautiful furnished private back yard! I'll be away during the holidays and looking to sublet my place. Exact dates are flexible, starting on Dec 21 (price is firm at $700/week) You can see a video tour of the house: https://youtube.com/watch?v=FhG7KEfq2zM The area is very quiet and family-friendly. 2 minute walk to groceries and restaurants and street car, 10 minute walk to subway. There is free street parking. Internet and utilities included, laundry in basement, air conditioning works VERY well so you won't be too hot! Fully stocked kitchen, you don't need to bring anything. This is the main floor of a house, and the upstairs is rented to two young professionals (you may hear footsteps when they come in/leave the house). Feel free to ask me any questions! |
